1. Type of data processed

This Website offers informative and interactive content, also for the purchase of Products. During navigation in the Website, information about the User/visitor may be acquired, as follows:

Navigation data

In the course of their normal operations, the information systems and software procedures used to make this Website functional acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit when using Internet communication protocols. a) in the cases referred to in subparagraph a) of Section 1 above:

– Management of complaints and / or reports and / or withdrawal and any related reimbursement,

– Management of requests for information on Products and / or Services offered.

b) in the cases referred to in subparagraph b) of Section 1 above:

– Sending a periodic newsletter on ExpoitalyOnline and/or e-mail messages containing advertising, promotional and commercial information concerning new offers or promotions,

– Performing statistical analysis and market researches related to the Products and Services offered by ExpoItalyADV through the Website ExpoitalyOnline, in order to improve the supply of an e-commerce of great quality in line with the expectations and needs of Users and Customers.

2.2 The personal data of Users and Customers are processed using electronic means, and/or manual, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, subsequently, for the completion of all legal obligations and for the defense, even in court, the interests of ExpoItalyADV.

In any case, the processing of personal data of Users and Customers by ExpoItalyADV is done to ensure the security and confidentiality of the same, in accordance with applicable provisions. Specific security measures are adopted in order to prevent the loss of personal data of Users and Customers, as well as any illegal or incorrect use of the same and/or unauthorized access.

3. Nature of providing data and consequences if the User or Customer fails to reply

3.1 The provision of personal data is optional. However, failure to enter even a part of the data required in the fields of the different modules marked with an asterisk will make it impossible for ExpoItalyADV to proceed to the Services or the conclusion and execution of the sale online. In the other cases in which the provision of data is not compulsory for the execution of the Service or the sale of a Product, there are no consequences in case of refusal to provide the requested data and consent to their process, except for the inability to provide greater information on the developments of our Services and, in general terms, a better alignment of the same to the needs and expectations of Users and Customers.
